Hille Wedding June 26, 2010

June 30, 2010

Kimi and Kevin wedding was held on June 26, 2010 at Willoughby United Methodist church at 12:30 Pm.
The day was hot and humid but the churches ac made it perfect. The couple looked amazing dressed to the nines as they spoke their vows and exchanged wedding rings. The family photos and bridal party photographs were taken on the alter area of the historic church. Pixer production video taped the events for the couples wonderful memories of the wedding day.
the bridal party photos were taken at Coulby Park in Wickliffe followed by Squires Castle in Willoughby Hills. The grounds at both places set the mood for the photos. Green grass and an abundance of brightly colored flowers.
The couple had taken some amazing photos along with the bridal party. The bridal party was full of energy and made the day enjoyable and energetic.
The reception was held at Quail Hollow Resort in Concord Ohio. The ball room is one of my favorites in the area. The posh setting makes for a wonderful backdrop for the photos. The halls food is always a treat.
The DJ’s were the Marino Brothers.I had the pleasure of working with Brian and Willie. The guys were selecting the music that kept the dance floor packed. The energy on the dance floor was non stop till the conclusion of the night. Best wishes Kimi and Kevin

Bosse Wedding June 25, 2010

June 29, 2010

Linda and Davids wedding was held on June 25, 2010 at Saint Pascal’s in Mayfield Heights. I had photographed Linda’s sisters Laura’s wedding about 8 years prior. The wedding went off perfect. Linda and David looked perfect, her long blond curly hair glowing in the sun from the church windows.David looking calm and relaxed as they spoke their vows and exchanged rings.I had taken the bridal and family photographs at the church then we were off to Orchard Hills on caves Road in Chesterland for the reception and bridal party photos. The view from the reception hall is amazing on a clear day you can see the lake. The day was hazy with milky sky’s.Not the best for bridal photos but I made the best of the lack of blue skies with the lush grass and plant beds.
The DJ was Freddie James who I have worked with many times. He played a wonderful mix of classic songs and some current dance tunes. The bridal party had a great time dancing some line dances then mixed it up with some great 80’s music. The food was incredible, the best lemon pepper chicken that melted in your mouth. The caterers did a great job with the buffet items. All the food was fresh and hot.
Best wishes Linda and David on the start to your new life.

Markopoulos Wedding June 19, 2010

June 29, 2010

Kirk and Rachelle wanted an intimate wedding with immediate family and friends. The wedding had taken place at the Hilton Garden Inn in Twinsburg Ohio. The ceremony was held indoors because of the extreme heat and humidity.Rachelle walked down the isle looking amazing with her radiant smile. Her son and daughter had this amazing smile from ear to ear as they watch her approach her awaiting groom Kirk. The couple had chosen colored sand to be poured into a large glass heart. Kirk’s two sons and Rachelle’s two kinds took turns combining the colored sand until the glass heart was filled. Great idea instead of a unity candle.
I had taken the family photos at the Hilton and then we were off for the bridal portraits with Kirk and Rachelle.I photographed the couple on the manicured lot at The Blue Canyon across the street from the Hilton. The grounds were beautiful. Large rock formations with flowers and a water fall perfect for the couples photos.
The reception was held in the private room with 31 guest. The food and appetizers were amazing. The couple chose no DJ or dancing at the reception. They wanted to talk with family and enjoy the day. I would highly recommend dinner at the restaurant the salmon I had chosen as my entree was perfect. The staff went above the call of duty and were quick and organized and the guest had a wonderful time. Rachelle had made a collage from past photographs of the couple and the kids. The photos were great memories from past vacations and everyday events. Best wishes to you and your family on your new adventures.

Dorsey Wedding June 5, 2010

June 9, 2010

Jill and Sean Dorsey wedding and reception had taken place on Saturday June 5 the Holden Arboretum in Kirtland. This couple is extremely earth friendly and wanted an outdoor green wedding. The invitations were designed with recycled paper and earth friendly organic inks. Jill shoe were made from recycled tires.
The wedding went off beautifully and the rain held off for the most of the day. Jill was escorted down the plant filled path by her father up to her awaiting husband Sean. The glow on his face had taken place of the clouds in the sky. The couple had written their vows and with deep sincerity recited then while they looked into each others eyes.
I starting taking the family photos in the perfectly manicured gardens until the rain had settled upon the day. I had finished the family photos and the bridal party photos in the garden room with full length windows overlooking the gardens.
The couple had a huge tent that accommodated the 260 guest with the band Abby Normal as the entertainment and Emcee for the evening. The introduction of the parents and bridal party were underway with a standing ovation for the bride and groom. The couple had the first dance followed by the amazing dinner station in areas around the tent. The food station consisted of the mashed potato bar, chicken marcella, roast beef, and a fruit and cheese table.
The band did an amazing job keeping all the guest dancing till the end of the reception.
