Dickerhoof wedding was held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Massillon Ohio on Saturday June 23, 2012. The day started out sunny and warm with a small amount of cloud cover. I started with the photos of Becky getting ready for her big day with the maid of honor and her bridesmaids. The grounds of St. Josephs were perfect for the photos of her mom and dad followed by the bridesmaids. I had the opportunity of photographing Greg with his parent’s outdoors prior to the ceremony. The groomsman and bridesmaids headed down the isle before Becky and her father walked down to her waiting husband to be Greg. The vows lasted about 50 minutes then we processed to do the exit from the church with the entire guest blowing bubbles as the couple headed out the door to the limo bus. Family photos as well as the bridal party photos were taken on the altar of the church. I had concluded all the bridal party photos at the Massillon Women’s Club down the road from the church. The old building has amazing details and craftsmanship that was the perfect look for the photos. The reception was held at The McKinley Grand Hotel inCanton. The banquet hall was beautifully decorated with an elegant feel with the candles on the tables and the crystal chanterelles dimly lit. The entrée was a delicious chicken or prime rib dinner with potato wedges with green beans with the perfect amount of seasoning.
The bridal party was introduced by the DJ and the couple did the first dance followed by the cake cutting followed by dinner. The entrée was a delicious chicken or prime rib dinner with potato wedges with green beans with the perfect amount of seasoning.
The DJ did an amazing job keeping the request going for the dancers for entire evening. After dinner the couple started the father daughter dance concluded by the mother son dance. The night concluded with the bouquet toss by Becky flowed by the garder removal then garder toss by Greg. The wedding was a great time and the guest has a wonderful night.
Best wishes Greg and Becky
