The Henschen wedding was held August 22, 2015. The day started out with ample sun and a wonderful 78 degrees. I started with photos of Kelly the girls of the bridal party ay her parents Jennie and John’s residence in Mentor. Followed by photos of the groom Ian with his parents Vicky and Ross at St. Mary’s church in Mentor.
Kelly was escorted down the aisle by her dad John both smiling as they passed by the guest in awe of how beautiful she looked as she approached her waiting groom Ian. The vows lasted about 35 minutes with the father Tom performing the ceremony followed by the vows and ring exchange. The couple made their exit and we returned to the altar for family and bridal party photos.
The bridal party then loaded into the limo bus from A 1 Mr. Limo. The couple had selected the Mentor fire department for some bridal party photo with the fire engine. Ian is a firefighter in Columbus. The remaining photos were taken at Coulby Park in Wickliffe.
The reception held at The Banquet Center at St. Noel’s in Willoughby Hills began at 5:30. The guests were seated for the grand entrance followed by the cake cutting.
The tables looked amazing with floral arrangements on each centered so perfect. The DJ for the evening was Jessy Webb Entertainment. The toast from the best man and maid of honor were wonderful delivered. After dinner the couple greeted guest at the tables, followed by the first dance, father daughter and then mother son dances.
Most of the couples danced to the club music mixes this was the perfect opportunity for myself to get some photos.
